Upon completion of the sale of our ebook, Answer Guides for the Document Questions, the PDF file will be sent as an attachment to the customer's email address, which will be provided to us by PayPal. (The customer should make sure the email address entered in PayPal is the one to which the ebook should be sent.) If the ebook/PDF file does not arrive within 24 hours, please email us at [email protected] to let us know.

While this should not be an issue, we cannot be held responsible or liable if the customer's device fails to open or display the PDF file. Given that our product is an ebook, all sales are final.

Each ebook purchase is intended for a single recipient, and the ebook file is not to be shared with others. The ebook is meant to be stored, opened, and viewed on the recipient's device(s). Individual pages of the ebook may be printed, but such pages may be used only by the primary recipient of the ebook. All ebook rights are reserved to Tom Stadler.
